The Project Assistant is an opportunity to work with the seasoned AINEO project team. It is an important role as the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn through direct experience with our teams in Tokyo, Seoul, and Seattle. The position is primarily responsible for keeping things rolling along for our project team.

Further, the Project assistant ensuring will have the opportunity to interface with of AINEO’s TRIBE Technical Service team, Business Development team and our partner clients.

Work shall include research, documentation, information tracking, interaction with all AINEO teammates and partner clients. This involves coordination with multiple teams, vendors and partners in order to resolve all outstanding, current or new issues.

  • Achieve and exceed required number of iPBX subscriber sign ups and sales targets
  • Build long term, strategic relationships with partner accounts, securing strategic sales opportunities that drive profitable revenue growth for partner and AINEO.
  • Meet partners, evaluate needs, consult AINEO internal resources, and recommend solution that is most beneficial to partner and AINEO.
  • Advanced technical consultants may sell other offerings in the AINEO technical and service suites.
