AINEO`s strength is that we are meticulous when it comes setting up, testing, documenting, and maintaining systems. With the LAN down for 15 minutes it is a big deal. But having the telephones down for 15 minutes during business hours is more than a big deal, it is unacceptable. Telephones that are down equals lost business.
