With the growth in the Tokyo market and the market around Asia, we have seen many people come in and try to mimic our business. The majority of these companies have just disappeared. Why?
Information Technology is a bit of an art. You need to have knowledge, on the job experience, and the guts to deliver what you said you were going to deliver. Businesses are dependent on their IT. There are too many companies over-selling and under-delivering. We are a company with a strong sense of honor.
We are strong builders because we are always building up our team. I recently heard of an advertising company whose president didn’t know how to build up his team. Even through his top sales person exceeded his sales target by 160% the president’s response was “you should have sold more”. To have a great company you have to build your team up. We know how to build networks for our customers because we are constantly building and growing our team. Our players learn new skill-sets every two years. A person may start as an engineer and learn to execute a project as the project manager. Another may start as an office administrator and learn to run a customer care team. We should all be builders. Fixing up and building things, rather than tearing down.
