We are super excited to do our first training of the year with four new team mates (Actually one is still in India)! We welcomed people from Kyushu, Kansai, and Tokyo to the team. This is our first time to welcome a group of people to the team having everyone onboard at once. We’ll only onboard as a group from now on.
In order to have good training, you’ve got to have good trainers. We had four people doing the training over the week. Four fantastic trainers! With all the growth in our business, we have had to expand our team to keep up with hundreds of new users on CIRCLE each month. A bit more on that here.
Our new friends are definitely bright, quick, and flexible. (More on BQF here). They are learning about the AINEO culture, systems, services, CIRCLE, QuickFAX, and got to know their new team mates with a nice burger lunch from the famous Brozers in Ningyocho to start the week. Delicious!
It’s going to be great to see how our new team mates do. We’re hiring another 4 people before the end of June. So much to do, so little time!
