After 26 years of installing, supporting, and maintaining thousands of PBX systems nationwide, AINEO Networks leadership announced the end of support for all Mitel Networks (and all other premise-based PBX systems). The decision was made over several months in the remainder of 2022 after tough consideration.
Like email, there is no longer a need for a physical phone system at the partner client site. It brings added costs to organizations. In addition, a good cloud based communication service provider (CSP) can provide much better security, quicker software updates, cost-effectiveness, and BCP support. AINEO is a software company built on the ethics of only selling and supporting the things we would buy ourselves. The PBX is something that is past it’s time. Therefore we are fully focused on expanding CIRCLE Cloud Communications as it is far superior to any PBX or any available cloud-based VoIP service at this time.
Support for all PBX systems in Japan both hardware, software, and technical services will end on 31 Dec 2023.
The major PBX partner clients under our TRIBE Support team care have been notified in December 2022.
