Dear Friends and Customers,

Over the last year and a half, AINEO has received repeated requests to our helpdesk to set up Blackberry units for our customers.

We are pleased to be able to let you know that Research in Motion (RIM), the company behind the Blackberry has opened a new office in Tokyo. Although we cannot go into detail on AINEO’s involvement, we have been given the opportunity to put AINEO friends and customers on a priority list to receive the first Blackberry units rolled out.

As the product is not yet generally available, we are trying to get an idea of how many units you would be interested in for your sales or executive team around Japan. The service is provided through NTT Docomo and should be generally available towards the end of the year. That date has not been announced.

We will be submitting a total number of units in the next few days. If, for example, you are interested in 50 units you are not committed to the service until you approve the contract. We do not have the pricing yet, but anticipate it to be a few thousand yen on top of the standard NTT Docomo monthly charge. Our intention is to give you access to the first units available in Japan.

This is a great tool and we are excited about seeing Blackberry help make life easier in and outside of the office.

Please let us know how many units you would be interested in by emailing us at sales or feel free to give us a call. We understand that some technical questions may arise however at this point in time few technical details are available to us.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.
