Bright, Quick, & Flexible

Running a company is no easy task.  The bosses must become versed in finance (cash flow), leasing, commercial law, banking, finance, training, sales, human resources and a myriad of other . Human resources can many times consume the most time of any start up organization.

In 2004, the leadership team at AINEO Corporation decided many of the president’s of our customers need a place where they could share ideas, hear the latest business trends, and share best practice.  They decided wanted to create an environment for our customers to gather together.  In 2004, the President’s lunch was born in Tokyo, Japan.  Despite being based in Tokyo, our commercial language was English.  This was predominantly because initially our members were mostly British, American, and Canadian men running real estate, furniture, information technology, software, telecommunications, network marketing, and banking businesses in Japan.

We knew we needed diversity of thought so as The President’s Lunch continued to grow we started seeing French, German, Polish, Brazilian, and many other nationalities join the group.  As we discovered the hunger among presidents, CEOs, and country managers to get ideas the President’s Lunch name was changed to CEO Insights .  Things have really changed.

There are many great groups for bringing business professionals together that people can join.  There is nothing like CEO Insights.  In Tokyo alone there are groups such as the British Chamber of Commerce , the American Chamber of Commerce  , the German Chamber of Commerce and the French Chamber of Commerce.  Most have been great for bringing together salespeople and other players that have freedom to get out of the office for a lunch, breakfast or possibly an evening reception.  However, none really had place that would bring inspiration to those men and women in the c-suite addressing the real issues of management.  This is where the beauty of the CEO Insights (CI) Executive Network came in.  Being a business professional in the c-suite can sometimes be lonely at the top.  The CI Network gave people a safe place to build repore and share ideas with peers in leadership of various industries.

CEO Insights has continued to grow and expand since that first lunch in Tokyo in 2004.  There is no group that gives people to develop both professionally and personally.
